I'll keep this post short and sweet. Do you want the Holy Grail book on pain management? Here it is.
The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Clair & Amber Davies
If there was only one book I could have in my possession for Do-It-Yourself pain relief, this would be it. Hands down, no further discussion. The layout of the book, the images for locating pain and finding the appropriate trigger points (even though they are sometimes no where near where your body hurts), and how to work them yourself are all easily accessible and explained.
How many of us would know that a pain in your calf muscle (soleus) can trigger pain in your lower back? Or, in my past reflexology work, so much of the pain experienced in the feet are coming from trigger points in your lower legs.
