I'm delighted you are here.
Let me introduce myself. I'm Laura Ostrowski, a Certified Reflexologist, wellness enthusiast, among a few other things.
My Backstory: I began my health and wellness studies in 1996, while living in Northern California. I studied in several holistic fields, including nutrition, reflexology, and a few other subtle holistic modalities. In 1998, I was certified through the American Academy of Reflexology and began my practice in Marin County, California.
In 2008, my family and I moved to Boulder County, Colorado where I continued a part-time practice in Lafayette, Colorado until 2020.
I'm hooked on wellness and continue my studies in holistic health as a hobby in the fields of Yoga, Movement, Mindfulness, Breath Work and Cultivating Compassion. If that wasn't enough, I'm also also a freelance artist, graphic designer and owner of an inspirational and positive messaging design company called Jitterfly.
“The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind.”

I'm definitely the kind of person who loves data, tangible facts, and science and am always curious as to how things work. However, I'm equally entangled in the subtle realm in which science just can't explain yet. There is an amazing integration to life that dances between our touchable, tangible, knowable world and the yet-to-be known, subtle energies and forces that create and define it.
My healing work addresses both. I incorporate physical, palpable bodywork that smooths, releases, relaxes and benefits the soft tissue of the lower arms, hands, lower legs, and feet, helping to increase nerve communication, circulation, movement, and postural integrity that directly affects other parts of the body. In addition, I use ear reflexology (auricular therapy) that engages the body in more subtle and energetic ways, all the while letting the hidden forces of life play their vital and healing roles.
