Autumn Fruit Salad

Vegan (Optional), Serves 8

This is a delicious and beautiful salad made from fresh, healthy ingredients. I've heard many comments on how people expect something 'unhealthy' to be in it because it tastes so good! If you've known me for a while, you might have seen this before, but it's worth digging out again! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 c.  grapes
2 c.  apples
½ c. dates, pitted
½ c. dried apricots
½ c. walnuts

6 oz. vanilla yogurt (dairy, soy, or coconut)
1 Tbsp. orange juice
2 tsp. honey

Directions: Wash the grapes and apples. Chop the grapes in halves or quarters. Core the apple and dice. Chop up the dates, apricots and walnuts. Stir in yogurt, orange juice and honey.

Serve chilled.
