Gluten and Dairy Free Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Vegan, Cooked, Serves 1

Gluten and Dairy Fee Grilled Cheese with Snap Peas.

This is a good alternative to those that are gluten and dairy free. This can be made completely dairy free (for those with allergies) by using the *ingredients.

Ingredients:
Gluten-Free Bread
(Food for Life's Rice Bread, Udi's Rice Bread, or other alternative)
Rice Cheese (American Flavor)
*use the casein-free kind with Milk Allergies
Butter
*use coconut oil or other substitute for Milk Allergies

Directions
If using Food for Life's bread, I like to slice 1 piece into two, see picture. The butter two sides, and put 1 of the buttered sides onto a pan over medium heat. Place 1 or two slices of the cheese on the bread and put the other slice of bread, butter side up, on the cheese. Cover and cook for a few minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Then flip and grill until both sides are golden brown. Serve warm with veggies.
