Live Foods for Live Bodies
Happiness in life comes, in part, by feeling well. Better yet,
feeling outstanding! Having been through the battlegrounds of
ill-health, I have persona lly seen the amazing impact that food,
real food, has on the health of the body, mind,
and spirit.
You can be the most positive person in the world, but when your
health begins to deteriorate, so too can the magical lightness of
our mind and spirit. We owe it not only to ourselves to feel
great, but also to those around us. We can be, give, and model to
those we love with what we nurture and nourish ourselves with.
I challenge you to be feel outstanding! Wouldn't you
want that for your loved ones?
What is the best advice on eating well? I
believe Michael Pollan sums it up well in the introduction to his
book In Defense of Food, when he says...
"Eat Food. Not too
much. Mostly Plants."
